By accessing the website, creating an account, submitting content, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and Conditions, the Privacy Policy, the Shipping & Delivery Policy, and the Refund and Returns Policy. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use the website or place an order.
About BS Art & Glass
BS Art & Glass is an independent art business offering original artwork, art prints, stained-glass pieces, stickers, ACEO cards, and other creative products.
The website currently accepts and ships orders only within the United States.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old or have the permission and supervision of a parent or legal guardian to place an order.
By using the website or placing an order, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are legally permitted to use your selected payment method.
Products and Handmade Variations
Many BS Art & Glass products are handmade, hand-painted, original, or individually produced. Small variations in color, texture, dimensions, pattern, brushwork, glass, solder lines, or other details are part of the handmade nature of the work and do not necessarily indicate a defect.
Product photographs and descriptions are provided as accurately as reasonably possible. Colors may appear differently depending on screen settings, lighting, photography, or the materials used.
Measurements are approximate unless otherwise stated. Please review the full product description before placing an order.
Product Availability
Some items are original, one of a kind, or available only in limited quantities. Adding an item to a cart does not reserve it.
If an item becomes unavailable after an order is placed, BS Art & Glass may cancel the affected item or order and issue a refund to the original payment method.
Prices and Payment
Prices are displayed in U.S. dollars and may change without notice. The price charged will be the price displayed when the order is submitted, except in cases of an obvious pricing or technical error.
Applicable taxes, shipping charges, and other costs will be displayed during checkout before the order is submitted.
Payments may be processed through WooPayments or PayPal. Depending on availability and eligibility, PayPal Pay Later or Venmo may also be offered. Use of these payment services is subject to the provider’s own terms and privacy practices.
Orders
Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance. BS Art & Glass reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order when reasonably necessary, including because of:
• Product unavailability
• Incorrect pricing or product information
• Payment authorization problems
• Suspected fraud or unauthorized activity
• An incomplete or invalid shipping address
• A technical or inventory error
• A request that cannot reasonably be fulfilled
If a paid order is canceled by BS Art & Glass, the applicable amount will be refunded to the original payment method.
Customers are responsible for reviewing their order, shipping address, billing information, and contact information before submitting payment.
Order Changes and Cancellations
If you need to request an order change or cancellation, contact BS Art & Glass as soon as possible through the Contact page.
Changes or cancellations cannot be guaranteed after an order has been placed. Once an order has been packaged, shipped, or transferred to the shipping carrier, it cannot be canceled or redirected.
Shipping and Delivery
Orders are generally prepared for shipment within 3–5 business days. Processing time does not include carrier transit time.
Available shipping methods, costs, tracking, delivery estimates, address responsibilities, missing packages, and damaged shipments are addressed in the Shipping & Delivery Policy.
Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. BS Art & Glass is not responsible for carrier delays caused by weather, holidays, service disruptions, incorrect addresses, or other events outside the business’s reasonable control.
Returns, Refunds, and Damaged Items
Returns, refunds, exchanges, and replacements are governed by the Refund and Returns Policy and the Shipping & Delivery Policy.
Shipping damage must be reported through the Contact page within 72 hours of delivery. Customers must keep the damaged item and all original packaging and provide the requested photographs and order information.
If there is a conflict between these general Terms and Conditions and a more specific published store policy, the more specific policy will control for that issue.
Stained-Glass Care and Safety
Stained glass is fragile and may break if dropped, struck, improperly installed, or exposed to excessive force. Broken glass and damaged solder may create sharp edges.
Customers are responsible for safely handling, displaying, hanging, and maintaining stained-glass pieces. Use suitable hardware for the item’s weight and intended location. Keep fragile artwork away from children and pets when appropriate.
BS Art & Glass is not responsible for damage or injury resulting from improper handling, installation, display, alteration, or use after delivery.
Intellectual Property and Artwork Rights
All artwork, illustrations, paintings, stained-glass designs, photographs, product images, written content, logos, graphics, and other original material displayed on the website are owned by BS Art & Glass or used with permission and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
Purchasing an original artwork or physical product transfers ownership of that physical item only. It does not transfer the copyright or grant permission to reproduce, copy, distribute, modify, manufacture, resell reproductions of, or commercially use the artwork or design.
You may not use website images or artwork for artificial-intelligence training, datasets, digital products, merchandise, advertising, commercial projects, or other unauthorized purposes without prior written permission.
Personal, noncommercial sharing of product or artwork images must credit BS Art & Glass and may not suggest endorsement, partnership, or ownership.
Permitted Website Use
You may use this website only for lawful personal and shopping purposes.
